This privacy policy describes how NaturalMeds Ads Harness ("the application"), the internal advertising management application operated by NaturalMeds (naturalmeds.com), handles data. It supplements the NaturalMeds store privacy policy, which governs our customer-facing store.

What the application is

NaturalMeds Ads Harness is an internal tool used exclusively by the NaturalMeds team to manage our own Google Ads advertising. It is not offered to the public, has no customer-facing features, and is not made available to any third party.

What data the application accesses

The application accesses data from the Google Ads account owned by NaturalMeds, using the Google Ads API under the Google OAuth adwords scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). This data consists of advertising configuration and performance information for our own campaigns: campaign settings and budgets, advertised product identifiers, and aggregate performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, and conversion values. Authorization is granted by NaturalMeds team members using their own Google accounts; the application stores the resulting OAuth tokens securely and uses them solely to access our own account.

What the application does not access

The application does not collect, access, or process personal data of NaturalMeds store customers. It does not access Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or any Google user data other than the Google Ads account data described above.

How data is used

Data retrieved from Google Ads is used for one purpose: analyzing and managing the advertising of NaturalMeds — reporting on performance, adjusting campaign budgets and targets, managing which products are advertised, and researching keywords for our own campaigns.

Storage and retention

Retrieved advertising data is stored on infrastructure controlled by NaturalMeds and retained in rolling form (approximately 90 days of daily performance history, plus an audit log of changes the application makes). Access is limited to the NaturalMeds team.

Sharing

No data retrieved from Google is sold, rented, shared with, or transferred to any third party. Data is not used for advertising products other than our own, and is not used to build profiles of any individual.

Google API Services User Data Policy

NaturalMeds Ads Harness's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

Team members who have authorized the application may revoke its access at any time from their Google account's third-party access settings.
